Coordinated rescue service with shelters and homes

This service is only available to registered organisations that require our assistance in transporting rescued or neglegted pets to their shelters. We do not charge them for this service, because we would rather see what money they have put towards the treatment & feeding of the animals in their care.

🚨 Emergency Transport

Best for: Critically ill or injured pets who need to move now.

Our fastest response option. When something is seriously wrong, we dispatch immediately and arrive equipped to manage your pet’s condition throughout the journey.

Included with every Emergency booking:

• Priority dispatch — we get moving without delay

• On-board oxygen supply and administration

• Monitoring throughout the trip

• In-cage cameras so the driver can watch your pet in real time

• Stable, padded medical transport environment

🩺 Medical Transport

Best for: Scheduled procedures, post-op transfers, and vet-referred trips.

Not every medical transport is a crisis, but all of them deserve proper care. Our Medical tier gives your pet a calm, controlled environment designed for recovery and safe transit.

Included with every Medical booking:

• Pre-scheduled departure with confirmed arrival window

• Post-operative handling and positioning support

• Non-slip, stabilised transport surface

• In-cage camera monitoring throughout

• Driver trained in low-stress animal handling

Fixed Rates

• Home → Vet Clinic (Local) $140

• Vet Clinic → Vet Hospital (Regional) $210

Owner or solo transport available. You're welcome to ride along, or we can collect your pet and handle the trip while you manage things with your vet by phone.

🐾 Pet Taxi

Best for: Grooming, boarding kennels, airport drop-offs, wellness visits, and everyday errands.

Life is busy. Our Pet Taxi takes the logistics off your plate so your pet still gets where they need to go, safely and without fuss.

Included with every Pet Taxi booking:

• Flexible scheduling to suit your appointments

• Clean, comfortable transport with in-cage cameras

• Boarding kennel, grooming salon, and airport runs covered

• Solo transport available, we collect, deliver, and return your pet

• Traffic accident response also available under this tier

Fixed Rate

• Home → Destination (Local) $120

• Extended / Regional Route $185

👩‍⚕️ Clinical Escort

Best for: High-risk transfers where a qualified Vet or Vet Nurse needs to be present the entire journey.

Some situations call for more than a careful driver. Our Clinical Escort service puts a qualified clinical professional in the vehicle with your pet, for the full round trip.

Included with every Clinical Escort booking:

• Qualified Vet or Registered Nurse accompanying your pet

• Full round-trip coverage in a single booking

• All medical monitoring equipment on board

• Coordination with your treating clinic as required

• Suitable for complex medical needs or high-risk transfers

A Few Things Worth Knowing

• Fixed rates, always. The price above is what you pay. No hidden fees, no after-hours loading on standard bookings.

• Solo or accompanied. On Medical and Pet Taxi bookings, you're welcome to travel with your pet, or trust us to handle it solo while you stay in touch by phone.

• Built for all sizes. Our ambulance features a hydraulic lift for larger animals. Boof, an 85kg Bullmastiff, used it, and his owner Bill said it made all the difference.

• Cameras on board. Every cage has a camera. The driver and any passenger can monitor your pet throughout the journey, with footage saved to a secure cloud system.

• Verified staff. Every team member is police-checked and holds a current Working with Children certificate.
